Daniel Schönberger //

Daniel is co-founder of SZ Consulting Partners and has been advising small and mid-sized firms as well as startups in Israel for more than five years. He has a broad range of knowledge and access to numerous key contacts in Israel’s private and public sectors.

His dedication and skillful support have helped Israeli startups in the fields of security, technology and medicine to enter the German market. He also has found potential investors for them. Our clients cherish his years of experience, practical concepts and creative solutions.

Before co-founding SZ Consulting Partners, Daniel worked as an attorney in Tel-Aviv and New York. In 2008 he moved back to Germany, working in the field of hotel consulting in Berlin.

Daniel was born in Israel, has a Bachelor of Law Honors (LLB) from Oxford Brookes University in England and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association. He speaks fluent German, Hebrew and English.

Andreas Zippe //

Andreas is co-founder of SZ Consulting Partners and specializes in the field of business, human resources and strategy consulting in the State of Bavaria. For more than 20 years he has counseled mid-sized businesses, family enterprises and corporations from various industrial sectors in Germany and abroad, including mechanical engineering, medical engineering, construction, automotive, IT, and more. Hundreds of successfully completed projects bear witness to his expertise.

In recent years, Andreas has successfully assisted projects in an increasing number of small and mid-sized Israeli companies.

Andreas was born in Munich, he has a business degree (LMU Munich), is a trained banker and speaks both German and English.
