SZ Consulting Partners supports companies in market entry, participations and the building of international business relationships — with a particular focus on the ties between Germany and Israel.

The partnership was founded to help German and Israeli companies make full use of the growth and development opportunities on both sides — in company participations, in opening up new markets, in tracking down lucrative investment opportunities and in creating lasting value.

Andreas Zippe

Andreas Zippe is managing partner of SZ Consulting Partners and an expert in business, HR and strategy consulting. For more than 20 years he has advised mid-sized companies, family offices and corporations across a range of industries in Germany and abroad — among them mechanical engineering, medical technology, construction, automotive and IT. Hundreds of successfully completed projects attest to his experience.

In recent years he has increasingly supported projects for small and mid-sized Israeli companies — entering the German market, finding investors and initiating business relationships.

Andreas Zippe was born in Munich, holds a business degree (LMU Munich) and is a trained banker. He speaks German and English.

Team & Network

SZ Consulting Partners stands for more than one person. Behind the managing partner and a small team stands a network built over many years and the experience of long-standing companions whose advice and contacts we draw on when needed — among them Daniel Schönberger, our co-founder and former shareholder. This continuity has carried the company since its founding.
